Pharmacy

acpeThe University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education. This program has been planned in accordance with the ACPEs Criteria for Quality. The Universal Program Numbers are 031-999-08-200-L04-P through 031-999-08-222-L04-P. Following attendance at the program and completion of the Verification of Attendance and Program Evaluation forms, statements of credit will be mailed to participants within 4 weeks. This program provides up to 10 hours of pharmacy continuing education credit.  Release date: May 2008

Physicians

The University of Minnesota is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

The University of Minnesota designates this educational activity for a maximum of 10.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™.  Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Other Healthcare Professionals

Other health care professionals who participate in this CME activity may submit their Statements of Attendance to their appropriate accrediting organizations or state boards for consideration of credit. The participant is responsible for determining whether this activity meets the requirements for acceptable continuing education.
